hey theres not much around res aside from stair gaps and such but check out this thread. http://www.pinkbike.com/forum/listcomments/?threadid=29917 these are the trails i helped build with some guys. pretty much everything is in kanata for big bikes.

I'm in barrhaven, about a 10 min driver to your res, I can bike it in less than 20 tho. You ever been to carlington park? Are you from Ottawa?
